Enver ÇAKAN
CHAIRPERSON – Sworn-in Certified Public Accountant/ Auditor
• He was born in Balıkesir, Turkey in 1958,
• …completed his primary and secondary education in Balıkesir,
• … graduated from Savaştepe Teacher Training High School in 1980,
• … graduated from the Department of Economics, Faculty of Political Sciences at Ankara University in 1984.
• Mr. Cakan served as vice auditor at the Ministry of Finance between1984-1987,
• … as an auditor at the Ministry of Finance between 1987-1995
• … as a Director of Hitit Tax Administration and a Chief Auditor between1995-1997,
• and ultimately served as the Head of Department at the General Directorate of National Estate.
• Mr. Cakan has the licenses of Auditor and Independent Auditor issued by Public Oversight Authority.
• He has been serving as a Sworn-in Certified Public Accountant and Auditor to numerous local and international companies/institutions since 1998.
• He co-founded Answers & Solutions Audit and Business Consultancy Corp. in 2005, and continues to act as the chairperson.
Ali YERLİ
Vice Chairperson – Sworn-in Certified Public Accountant/ Auditor
• Mr. Yerli was born in Ankara in 1965,
• …completed his primary and secondary education in Ankara
• … graduated from Cumhuriyet High School in 1982
• … graduated from the Department of Economics, Faculty of Political Sciences at Istanbul University in 1986.
• He started his professional career in 1988 as an Assistant Specialist at the General Directorate of Budget and Financial Control at the Ministry of Finance.
• He was later transferred to the Board of Finance Inspectors as a vice auditor in 1989.
• He was appointed as an auditor in 1991, and worked in numerous cities of Turkey.
• He had a master’s degree in Management at Exeter University, UK in 1997, with his dissertation captioned “Implementations of Total Quality in Accounting and Audit Services”.
• He was appointed as the Head of Department at the General Directorate of Budget and Financial Control at the Ministry of Finance in 1997.
• He has been serving as a Sworn-in Certified Public Accountant and Auditor to numerous local and international companies/institutions since 1998.
• He co-founded Answers & Solutions Audit and Business Consultancy Corp. in 2005, and continues to act as the vice chairperson.
Yusuf ÇAKAN

• Mr. Çakan was born in Balıkesir in 1983,
• …completed his primary and secondary education in Ankara
• … graduated from Cumhuriyet High School in 2001
• … graduated from the Department of Economics, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Baskent University in 2006.
• He started as an Intern public accountant at Answers & Solutions Certified Public Accountancy Ltd. in 2006.
• He became a Certified Public Accountant in 2008.
• He pursued his career at Answers & Solutions Audit and Business Consultancy Corp. in 2009.
• He received the license to serve as an Auditor in 2011.
• He was appointed as the Vice-Chairperson at Answers & Solutions Audit and Business Consultancy Corp. in 2013, and he has been working as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Auditor for 7 years.
